The Lauck Street Shipyard does not give refunds on products purchased. However, we do reserve the right to refuse and thus refund any order of any product and for any reason, particularly if we suspect that the purchase might be of a fraudulent nature. This is to say, if we suspect that the purchase of one of our products is not intended to assist the buyer in personally building a model ship but is intended to be used to engage in an activity that would cause financial harm to our company and our reputation, we will reject, refuse, and refund that purchase without further explanation to the buyer.
